3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, incorrect, or damaged item), we cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to reasons such as “changed mind,” “ordered wrong item,” etc., the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
